Gianna has been my first working line labrador - she was very successful on Field Trials as well as on Workingtests.
This great bitch produced 4 wonderful litter of puppies, from where came some excellent dogs like GB FTCH Blackthorn Ascella, Int. FTCH Blackthorn Achenar, FTW Blackthorn Albireo, FTW Blackthorn Grus, Blackthorn Eos (2nd on Novice FT in England), Blackthorn Enki.
Her offsprings inherited her values giving them over to her grandchildren, like Blackthorn Ilmarinen "Bosco" who is living in England in the Drakeshead kennels and won her first Field Trial at the age of 17 months on grouse! Or Blackthorn Hiram who has been on the top of every WTs, Dummy trials and Field Trials in the past season.
Gianna is now living with my ex-husband and goes out for rough shooting every week-end with a friend - living her well-deserved life of a pensioner :-D
